Meet Our Founder

Founder and Director
Calesa Taylor
Calesa Taylor is a 17-year-old social impact leader who is a senior at Longwood High School. Calesa's role at Teen Medic Talks is to oversee all aspects of our platform, making sure everything operates smoothly. Her goal is to promote important and overlooked health topics towards teenagers. In her free time, she enjoys participating on her Varsity Track & Field Team, as well as Safety Committee, her internship at Stony Brook Hospital, and National and Foreign Language Honor Society. Her passion for medicine is unstoppable and she hopes to pursue a career of an Orthopedic Doctor.

Vice President
Isabella Carullo
Isabella Carullo is the Vice President at Teen Medic Talks and is 17 years old. She attends Cherokee High School. She loves being involved within her school and community and is the Student Council Vice President. She is also involved in other clubs like Knowledge Bowl and Biology Club. In her free time, she volunteers at the hospital or working at her job at my local nursing home. She hopes to pursue a future career in medicine as an oncologist.

Head of Writing
Bella Nguyen
Isabella Nguyen is the Head of Writing at Teen Medic Talks and is 15 years old. She is a junior at Shrewsbury High School. Aside from being Head of Writing at Teen Medic Talks, she is currently a member of the National Youth Council of Skin Cancer Prevention and has done research via independent biology research and interning at Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. In the future, she hopes to pursue a career in dermatology.

Creative Director
Amaya Williams
Amaya is the Creative Director at Teen Medic Talks and is 15 years old. She attends Elite Scholars Academy and is involved in several clubs, including HOSA, Key Club, Royal Planeteer, and the Black Student Association (BSA), among others. Amaya is working towards a career in Biomedical Engineering because she is interested in the healthcare field, particularly in developing and engineering solutions.

Aarushi Bhargava
Aarushi Bhargava is the Secretary at Teen Medic Talks and is 17 years old. She attends Round Rock High School and is involved in several clubs, including Key Club, DECA, Math Honor Society and more. Aarushi is working towards a career in medicine because she is interested in healthcare and making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Apisada Timwat is the Social Media Manager at Teen Medic Talks and is 17 years old. She currently attends Hazen High School. After graduating from high school, she plans to attend college and pursue a science-related major. She is also interested in preparing for a future career in the medical field where she can make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Constance Huygh
Constance is the Social Media Manager at Teen Medic Talks and is 16 years old at Lowell High School. She is involved in several non-profits in the Bay Area and she’s interested in being in the medical field after graduating. She’s specifically looking into pursuing a career in psychiatry.

Jinhan Liu is the Social Media Manager at Teen Medic Talks and is 15 years old. She attends the Brooklyn Latin High School and she wishes to pursue a career in the medical field. Jinhan is involved in clubs like HOSA, volunteer, and science.

Sarah Kidwai
Sarah Kidwai is the Outreach Manager at Teen Medic Talks and she is 16 years old. She attends Ayala High School. She is involved with the American Heart Association, Discovery Cube Science Center and more. She looks forward to working in the healthcare industry.

Yoshi Vendoti
Yoshi Vendoti is the Outreach Manger at Teen Medic Talks and is 15 years old. She is a 10th grader at Apex Friendship High School. She is very interested in pursuing pediatric oncology in the future. Some hobbies she enjoys include volunteering at hospitals, watching J-dramas, and reading mystery books.
